The Loft Gallery's Square Foot Show opens this evening at 6:00pm.  One of their big events of the year, the show boasts 12"x12" paintings for sale at the low price of $144 each.  This is one of the pieces that I have submitted for the event.

This is the painting that I was working on during the open studio Arts Tour in October.  I finally finished it last week.  Unfortunately the photo doesn't do it justice.  I need to add a tripod to my "want to get list".  I am sure it would make a difference when photographing art, especially when it is this large in size!
