If you are a person who enjoys paintings filled with high intensity colour and light, then Wolf Kahn probably comes to mind.  I am a big fan of his work, and found a wonderful studio visit interview posted online with him that can be seen here.  Check it out.  Definitely worth your time - sometimes it's nice to know the great ones struggle too.

I have been enjoying all of the Olympic coverage, and caught up in all of the excitement. Wish I was there, since I used to live in Vancouver and Whistler.  What great places.  Go Canada!
