- I am an artist working in acrylic paint on canvas. Having lived in a variety of locations in British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Colorado and Ontario, I have been constantly surrounded by amazing, diverse landscapes. It is these views that I take my inspiration from when painting. This blog provides an outlet to show some of my work as it is being created. I am currenty having a grand old time painting full time, living with my husband, son and one stinky dog in Ontario.

This is beautiful! I've had something like this floating around in my mind, but it also has the edge of a house in it....flipped out when I saw this on your blog today!
I just thought you were taking a well earned hiatus for a bit. I love that the blue works as grass. Just goes to show that sometimes rules are made to be broken!
Beautiful! My cousins have a summer cottage in Maine, and it feels like standing in the woods near their house. Same spirit of flickering light and color.
