This is an old cedar tree that I walk past on one of my favourite hikes with the dog. It is along the Beaver River, and the morning light always shines through the branches. It is a great way to start my day.

Having lived in a variety of locations in British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Colorado and Ontario, I have been constantly surrounded by amazing, diverse landscapes. It is these views that I take my inspiration from when painting. This blog provides an outlet to show some of my work as it is being created. I am currenty having a grand old time painting full time, living with my husband, son and one stinky dog in Ontario.
