Spring Birches

24" x 36"
Acrylic on Canvas

SOLD

I have been painting lots lately, but not posting.  I will get more up on the blog this week.

I have been enjoying all of the Olympic coverage, and caught up in all of the excitement. Wish I was there, since I used to live in Vancouver and Whistler.  What great places.  Go Canada!

We are having a crazy fun time in Vancouver with more sunshine than expected. The clouds roll in tomorrow according to the weather report.
Too bad we lost the hockey game last night to the USA. I think a little humility is probably not a bad thing but my grown sons tell me negative thinking puts a jinx on a hockey game.
There is still hope. All is not over yet. So Go CANADA!

Beautiful work as always! I am looking forward to seeing more! I too have enjoyed watching the Olympic coverage and Canada has done a magnificent job hosting the event. Vancouver is definitely on my list of places I need to visit! It looks amazing and must be a wonderful place to live. I must admit that I enjoyed watching the hockey game last night. My son is a big NHL fan and was a little torn. He pulled for Team USA of course, but enjoyed watching his favorite players from Canada score! Sorry but...Go USA!

Love your birches, can't wait for more! The olympics have been fun, love those trees up there in Whistler. Wish we had some like that so I could paint them. Beautiful place, hope to go there and Vancouver some day!
