Good Morning Sunshine

12" x 12" acrylic on canvas

SOLD

This is the final painting that I have completed for an upcoming show at the Loft Gallery. The theme is "by the square foot" and all paintings are 12x12 inches in size. Painting this was fun. I have many more photos of Ontario victorian century homes to paint - so you will be seeing more of these!

On another note, my painting "Waiting" was just accepted into the BMFA Juried Art Show opening this weekend. I am very excited!

Oh Jennifer! I love this! The trees with there spots of sky look like delicate lace curtains framing that lovely house. It will be a successful show for you for sure!

Very nice painting, Jennifer. Architecture is not easy and you did a great job with it.

It is no surprise to me to hear you're in a gallery and accepted to a juried show -- you are going to do very well! I just love stopping by here. This one is one of my top favorites I have seen of yours.

Thanks for the comments and support everyone. Anyways great to see after having a poor painting day. It is amazing how many lousy ones it takes to get a good one sometimes - doesn't it?

Manon: isn't it cool how many people live somewhat parallel lives with similar experiences? Ottawa is a gorgeous city, one of my favourites in Canada.

Oh how I love red. Red in a painting is best of all.

It's terrific, Jennifer. And very best wishes with your show!
